Pulse TilE™

In cardiac arrest, every second matters.

Medical device called PulseTile with two sensors and instructions for use, featuring a pull and flip mechanism.

WHY PULSE TILE™?

Every year, thousands of people suffer from cardiac arrest, and the chances of survival remain low. Rapid recognition is critical - but in the moment, uncertainty can delay action. That’s why Pulse Tile™ is needed.

Pulse Tile™ is a pulse sensing device designed to support the recognition of cardiac arrest by detecting the presence of a pulse and providing real-time feedback on CPR compression rate and depth - helping inform the rescuer, regardless of medical background or training, when CPR is needed.

By reducing uncertainty in these critical moments, Pulse Tile™ aims to remove the barriers and challenges faced in emergency situations - supporting faster, more confident decision-making and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

  • "Pulse Tile would be a game-changer in first aid kits on flights. On long-haul journeys, passengers often faint, and finding a pulse quickly can be so difficult with turbulence, vibrations, and the chaos around us. With Pulse Tile, there’s no guessing—just accurate information to avoid unnecessary chest compressions and help someone start their holiday safely."

    – Stephanie, Former International Flight Attendant (10 years)

  • "I have thought about this a lot, and I think it would be brilliant to have Pulse Tile available with public access defibrillators. They are starting to pop up everywhere and I really think it would be useful for any lay person to utilise in conjunction with an AED."

    – ALS paramedic

  • "I’m an Ambulance Paramedic with the State Ambulance here in WA and after seeing your product I could immediately identify an opportunity. I see how Pulse Tile has benefits for the public, but I also see it being very useful during a resus being run by pre-hospital clinicians. I hope to see your product in our vans very soon."
