Elleesha has been an ambulance paramedic and registered nurse for over ten years. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes, with a particular interest in cardiac arrest. With her strong entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience in health care, in addition to Pulse Tile, Elleesha has come up with other innovative solutions to everyday challenges healthcare professionals face, particularly in emergency situations.

DR Atheer Nassir
Atheer Nassir is an experienced executive with over 15 years of leadership across healthcare, MedTech, and technology ventures in Australia and internationally. He has led partnerships, capital raising, and growth initiatives, with experience navigating regulated environments. Atheer brings a strong understanding of both clinical and commercial landscapes, supporting the ongoing development and growth of Pulsatile Innovations.
Chief Technology Officer
Professor Paul Stoddart
Paul is an experienced biomedical engineer and innovator with extensive R&D experience across biomedical instrumentation, biophotonics, and signal processing. He is an inventor on 15 patents and has a strong commitment to research translation, having previously founded and supported successful MedTech startups. Paul is passionate about applying leading-edge technologies to address significant healthcare challenges and supports the ongoing development of Pulse Tile™.
Quality and Regulatory Lead
Nicolette Muller
Nicolette is the founder of QA/RA Dynamics with 18 years’ experience across pharma and medtech regulatory and quality systems. Her expertise supports Pulsatile Innovations’ TGA compliance and Class IIb regulatory strategy, positioning the company for successful market entry. Nicolette joined the team driven by a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes and the impact potential of Pulse Tile™ in emergency cardiac care.
Project Development Officer
Sarah Kersten
Sarah Kersten is a paramedic with over ten years of experience. She has worked across management, training, and education, and has contributed to research focused on the health and wellbeing of paramedics, presenting findings at conferences. Sarah has also worked with Monash University on the research and evaluation of local and statewide healthcare projects. She brings experience in study design, stakeholder collaboration, and leading multi-organisational teams.

Paul Rolfe
Paul Rolfe is an instrumentation and systems specialist with over 20 years’ experience across medical and health technologies. His work focuses on developing precise, reliable systems, with expertise spanning hardware design, system architecture, and data-driven analysis.
Paul brings a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, real-world solutions, supporting the ongoing development of Pulse Tile™.
