$900,000 NON-DILUTIVE FUNDING SECURED

We are incredibly proud to announce that Pulsatile Innovations has secured $900,000 in non-dilutive funding through AUScelerate’s TTRA program.

This is one of the most significant milestones in the Pulse Tile™ journey to date.A Strong Show of Support

The campaign brought together a community of supporters who believe in the importance of faster, more accurate decision-making during suspected cardiac arrest.

Beyond the capital raised, the campaign reflects growing confidence in both the problem being addressed and the potential impact of Pulse Tile™.

From a frontline problem to a funded MedTech opportunity

Pulse Tile™ began with a problem Elleesha King encountered through her work as a paramedic.

In the high-pressure environment of a suspected cardiac arrest, uncertainty can delay critical decisions.

That experience led Elleesha to ask:

Could technology help provide clearer information when every second matters?

That question became the foundation for Pulse Tile™.

Today, that idea has grown into an Australian MedTech venture with a developing prototype, growing team, industry partnerships, consumer engagement and a clear pathway towards the next stage of development.

And now, with $900,000 in non-dilutive funding secured, we're entering an important new chapter.

WHAT DOES THE FUNDING MEAN?

The TTRA Drugs & Devices program is designed to accelerate promising Australian medical device innovations addressing cardiovascular disease and complications of diabetes towards development and commercialisation.

For Pulsatile Innovations, this funding provides additional resources to progress the next phase of Pulse Tile™ development.

The TTRA Devices cohort also provides broader acceleration support, including mentorship, peer-to-peer networking, capability-building activities and support to participate in an international industry conference delegation.

It will help support the work required to continue refining the technology and progressing towards future clinical validation and commercialisation.

Importantly, this funding is non-dilutive.

That means the funding does not require Pulsatile Innovations to issue additional equity in exchange for the funding.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to support faster, more confident cardiac arrest recognition and CPR delivery.

The device is designed to detect the presence of a pulse and provide real-time feedback on CPR compression rate and depth, helping reduce uncertainty during suspected cardiac arrest.

The $900,000 funding provides an important opportunity to accelerate the development work required to move Pulse Tile™ towards its next milestones.

There is still significant work ahead.

But this funding gives our team greater capacity to take those steps.

A JOURNEY BUILT BY MANY PEOPLE

What started as an idea from a paramedic on the frontline has become a growing MedTech company because of the people who believed in it.

Our investors.
Our team.
Healthcare professionals.
Researchers.
Industry partners.
Consumers and people with lived experience.
And the wider community that has followed and supported the journey.

This milestone belongs to all of you.

WHAT COMES NEXT?

The next phase will focus on progressing the development activities supported through the TTRA program while continuing to strengthen the foundations required for future clinical validation and commercialisation.

We'll continue sharing the journey as Pulse Tile™ progresses.

There will be challenges ahead. There will be more testing, learning and refinement.

But today, we're taking a moment to celebrate just how far we've come.

We're just getting started.

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to support faster, more confident cardiac arrest recognition and CPR delivery.

This project received funding through AUScelerate’s Targeted Translation Research Accelerator program for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, supported by the MRFF.
